As you predicted, the driver was this really nice guy and he just took care of the whole thing -- he had a big heavy duty pallet truck to scoot the crate around, and a hydraulic liftgate on the back of his truck to lower it down to the ground. And as I said, he was just a really nice guy. I unpacked the crate and the furniture is in perfect condition. It is really nice work.
